The fruit of the apple tree has been used magically since at least ancient Greece and Rome. In these cultures, apples were used as an offering to Aphrodite/Venus in order to bring about love and healing. In northern Europe apples were often used in fall harvest celebrations giving Samhain the nickname The Feast of Apples.
There are a few different ways to use dried apple magically. As an ingredient in sachets, spells, or teas, apple can bring about love, healing and spirit calling. Apple can also be powdered or crushed and used in incenses for love, healing, immortality, and boosting ones connection with nature.
